My Philosophy is that Real Estate is not a "Sales" business. Real Estate is about "Relationships". My goal is to build a relationship with my clients to help me understand their specific needs in order to find the "right fit" that meets their criteria.
My wide range of experience over the past 35 years includes sales of Homes and Condominiums for both Personal and Investment use, and Vacant Land. I have personal "fix and flip" experience, and I also own rental/investment properties.
As a Managing Broker, I provide support for our Brokers. I also Mentor/Coach our new Brokers working with Buyers and Sellers, and help them with Contract writing, overcoming Objections, learning about Lending, the Title process, Property Inspections....everything from start to finish. I also provide a high level of support in helping our Brokers write strong offers along with creative negotiation strategies for this competitive market .
In my spare time I love to travel, hike, mountain bike, ski, and spend time with my family!
